Focused Inbox separates your important emails from less important ones, helping you stay organized.

Step 1: Turn On Focused Inbox

1. In Outlook, go to the View tab.

2. Click Show Focused Inbox.

Step 2: Review Emails

• Your inbox will now show two tabs: Focused and Other.

• Important emails appear in Focused; newsletters and less urgent mail appear in Other.

Step 3: Move Emails Between Tabs

1. Right-click any email and choose Move to Focused or Move to Other.

2. Outlook will remember your preference for future messages.
