Step 1: Close Outlook

• Make sure Outlook is completely closed.

Step 2: Delete Cache Files (Windows)

1. Press Windows Key + R and type:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook

2. Delete the .ost files (these will be recreated when Outlook restarts).

Step 3: Delete Cache Files (Mac)

1. In Outlook for Mac, go to Tools > Accounts.

2. Select your account and click the  sign to remove it.

3. Re-add the account — this clears the cache.

 Outlook will rebuild the cache and resync with your mailbox.
